Bo Petersen (b. 1984) uses art to give his input to the topics that occupy his body and mind. Bo finds great meaning in creating works that contribute to the understanding of how powerful forces are at play in his life as a neurodivergent.
With a background as a carpenter and product developer, Bo creates works with very varying concepts and material choices. Despite this, a clear, recognizable style is seen. Bo’s artistic work is a result of the reconstruction process that a trip into the destructive world of capitalism and the associated late diagnosis requires. For the same reason, Bo’s creativity is uncompromising and his works stem from deeply felt ideas that cannot be limited by frameworks and norms.
